Return and Refund Policy: All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. Any orders purchased older than 30 days will not be refunded. Any shipping charges and fees are not refundable. When returning any product, you must call our office to receive an RA (Return Authorization) number, which will allow us to accept the product packages when returned. We will not accept any packages without the RA # written on the outside of the box. We recommend a tracking number or obtaining a delivery confirmation on all returns. CVC4Health.com will not be responsible for any undelivered or lost items. Products purchased with bonus items must be returned at time of return to receive full refund. If bonus items are not returned, amount refunded will be adjusted, based on items returned.
Send the items back to us within 30 days and we'll refund your money. Once we receive the package, we'll refund you via the same method of payment with which you paid. You will receive the full purchase price of your product minus any shipping fees (unless of course, it was our error). If 30 days has passed since your purchase, we're sorry, but we can't accept this item as a return.
