The products and information on this site are provided for informative purposes only and in no way should they be substituted for the advice of a Health Care Professional. 3. Order Acceptance
Please understand that certain orders may be unacceptable and may need to be cancelled at our sole discretion. This may cause your order to be refused or canceled include, but are not limited to, errors in product pricing or content; local, state, national or international restrictions on product ingredients; international shipping restrictions; or payment authorization problems. In any of these cases you will be notified by email. All orders placed by you will be verified and confirmed by email notification. Orders will then be processed for shipping and you will be notified when your order is shipped. For your convenience your credit card will be charged at time of shipment. All orders are shipped from our "State-of-the-Art" climate controlled warehouse, located in Los Angeles, CA. Standard shipping cost is $6.95 for deliveries anywhere in the 48 contiguous United States. Orders over $25.00 for delivery within the 48 contiguous United States receive Free Shipping.
Shipping To Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories Outside the 48 Contiguous United States
(Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands and Guam).
Standard shipping cost of $6.95 will apply to all orders weighing less than 2-lbs. An additional $3.95 handling charge will be applied to all orders weighing over 2-lbs. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands and Guam will be sent via USPS only, orders requiring other forms of shipping will be at the purchaser's expense. Please contact us should you require an alternate shipping method. Free shipping promotion applies to the 48 contiguous states only, regardless of the size of the order.

Shipping Methods: Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS Standard Ground Shipping. Your order confirmation will include a USPS / UPS tracking number. Average delivery time 3 to 6 business days.
5. International Orders
All International orders will be charged a $3.95 handling charge plus postage costs calculated by the weight and destination of order. Shipping method will be determined once costs are calculated. Delivery time for Flat Rate may be up to six weeks depending on destination country, customs and other factors. 6. Order Returns & Refunds
All products sold by CVC4health.com are guaranteed for potency and purity. We cannot be responsible for your expectations as to the specific results a product may produce; however, all products – opened or not – can be returned for any reason. With this in mind, following is our Return and Refund Policy: All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. Any orders purchased older than 30 days will not be refunded. Any shipping charges and fees are not refundable. When returning any product, you must call our office to receive an RA (Return Authorization) number, which will allow us to accept the product packages when returned. We will not accept any packages without the RA # written on the outside of the box. We recommend a tracking number or obtaining a delivery confirmation on all returns. CVC4Health.com will not be responsible for any undelivered or lost items. Products purchased with bonus items must be returned at time of return to receive full refund. If bonus items are not returned, amount refunded will be adjusted, based on items returned.
Send the items back to us within 30 days and we'll refund your money. Once we receive the package, we'll refund you via the same method of payment with which you paid. You will receive the full purchase price of your product minus any shipping fees (unless of course, it was our error). If 30 days has passed since your purchase, we're sorry, but we can't accept this item as a return.
How to Make a Return
1. Obtain an RA from our office (800) 421-6175).
2. Pack the products securely in a sturdy package and write the RA number on the outside. Inside the box, please indicate the order #, which item(s), quantity you are returning of each item and reason for return.

7. Errors, Typographical or Pricing
Every effort has been made to insure the accuracy of the information and pricing on this web site. However in the event of an error in pricing or product information, CVC4Health Products reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders for that item. In any case we will notify you if your order is refused or cancelled for this reason.

9. DO YOUR PRODUCTS COME WITH A SATISFACTION GUARANTEE ?
Yes! At Continental Vitamin, we stand behind our products and quality controls. If you are not satisfied with a Superior Source product you purchased from us or one of our authorized sellers in the United States, please let us know within 45 days of the date of purchase and we’ll work to make it right. Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the Satisfaction Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites. The Guarantee is also limited to original, end-user purchasers in the United States.
Guarantee Process: We encourage you to first reach out to the retailer from whom you purchased, as they’re often in the best position to help. Otherwise, to submit a Guarantee request, please call us at 1 800 421 6175, email us at information@superiorsource1.com, or use our Contact Us form and have information available regarding where and when you purchased your product. You will also be asked to provide proof of purchase and submit photos of your product and you may be asked to provide other information to assist us in processing your request. You must submit your Guarantee request within 45 days of the date of purchase. Please note that we reserve the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny Guarantee requests in our discretion in cases of suspected fraud or where we conclude that the purchaser has abused the Satisfaction Guarantee. We may amend or terminate the Satisfaction Guarantee at any time without notice.
