I have been buying this lip balm for 20 years. Originally I bought it at Trader Joes then they discontinued carrying it. I was so happy to find it at CVC4Health only to find that they are now also discontinuing it. I bought 10 more packs of three hoping it will last me awhile until I can find another distributor. The lip balm is great, no smell or taste just great on your lips to keep them moist and supple. :)

I've been using this Essence of Nature lip balm since I first discovered it at Trader Joe's around 2009, and after they stopped carrying it, I found it here. I have never found any other lip balm that feels as good as this, or works as well to not only hydrate but heal chapped lips. I have shared them with my friends and family, and everyone loves them! I just hope they never disappear completely!

I was looking to replace my trusty tube of Lip Healer but found, when I came to the website, that the formula had changed. Whereas the active ingredients used to be PABA, ethylexl dimethyl, and benzophenone, they now include oxybenzone, which is a dealbreaker. I'm sad that the product is discontinued! But not for real because I wouldn't want to buy it now, anyway. Typical of companies to take a perfectly excellent product and screw it up for no good reason!

I had been buying this product for a few years and then I stopped due to brain surgery. When I did decide to order again appx 2 years later (Dec. 10, 2022), the pack arrived and the Lip Healer was rancid and foul smelling and had expired on May 2022. Well I complained and they said they would send me some new stuff. They did but it was the same thing - foul and expired, again May 2022. You think they would notice and throw out all the expired stuff! Well I won't order this anymore. They did however send me an extra pack of expired Lip Healers, although I don't know what I will do with them, maybe throw them away!

Oxybenzone is considered a harmful chemical, and many skin product companies have removed it from their products-I would like to see it replaced in your lip balm-

Why on earth are you discontinuing such a popular item?!? I've been using the lip healer for years and haven't found anything comparable anywhere, even in high-end beauty places. What I like about it is the mild citrus scent, it's not greasy, and it really moisturizes. Well, at least you warned us so I'm going to buy as much as I can. For anyone reading this who wants to buy a lot, I've always bought extras and put them in the freezer. They last for months that way. Just take them out about a half-hour before use and let it warm up.

Best stuff ever! About 5 years ago I ran across this at a trade/feed store in Colorado, I had just moved to the area and was new to the dry air and altitude. My poor lips were burned and chapped beyond any relief. NOTHING helped. But this, this stuff is magical. Tingles a bit, but it is the only thing that helps protect and nourish my lips. I have a few family members hooked and I am so happy to see it available online since I have moved from Colorado. TY!!!

I have used this product for years. I had to get in touch with a friend of mine to find out how to order it once again. They used to sell it at Trader Joes but discontinued it. I didn't want to stop using it, so I ordered more. I couldn't find the last one I used and had to find out what the website was. it's an excellent product. One of my friends came to work one day with blisters on her mouth from too much exposure to the sun. It looked awful. My friend gave her one of these and in two days the blisters were completely gone. We started calling it a miracle worker. We couldn't believe our eyes.
